systema twins first ohio 2-day seminar

We are excited to announce the first Systema Twins seminar in Ohio. Adam and Brendon Zettler, aka the Systema Twins will be doing a 2-day seminar on the topic of Managing Tension in Combat. They are two of the most skilled and exciting instructors in Systema Russian Martial Arts and have been studying directly with renowned Master Vladimir Vasiliev since 2004. They have been personally trained and certified by Vladimir at Systema HQ Toronto.

Tentative Program

Day 1: Identifying and removing tension from yourself
Day 2: Managing tension in your opponent
