Beyoutiful Soul Workshop
Description: Join Candy and Shaun as they combine their passions into a powerful, restorative, and unique workshop designed to invigorate, restore, destress, and leave you feeling your beyoutiful soul. Embracing these practices can assist you in finding balance, happiness, and health in these challenging times. We will follow up the practice with a group discussion to provide an atmosphere for growth and support. We will share personal practices we do to destress, stay healthy, and embrace changes that allow us to be the best versions of ourselves.
We will be holding these workshops once per month all year to provide a space for growth, practices that help support health, happiness, and wellness, and a safe place to let go of what may be holding you back from living life as the powerful sacred soul you are. - An open mind to embrace a beautiful yoga class taught by the incredible Candy followed by yoga nidra(yogic deep restorative awake rest), breath work and guided meditation taught by Shaun. These practices will be designed to restore and energize you to find balance and health in these challenging times.

There are 4 ways to register for this workshop however attendance is strictly limited to 20 and full payment is required to secure your spot. Please make sure to include your email address in the note or comments field when you pay because the location as well as the waiver will be emailed to you to fill out prior to coming. Please bring this with you upon arrival of the workshop.
