olc - monthly workout plan program details
Personal supervision is paramount in a well designed intelligent fitness training program. There are many cookie cutter programs out there that offer little to any individuality in the training and simply will not work for everyone. The fact is that everyone is unique and therefore requires a fitness regimen that is designed for their specific goals, time availability, current stress levels, and that takes into account any physical limitations that they may have. My On-Line Coaching Program(OLC) does just that.
I have had close to 20 years of training experience working with clients of all ages ranging from 10-80 years of age. I've made mistakes which has paved the way to developing a system of fitness training that addresses everything from increasing mobility, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health, agility, athletic performance, and overall well being. My system has evolved with time and continual learning.....and will continue to do so. In my opinion no one knows everything there is to know about any given subject and only those that continually learn can offer the greatest amount of service to their clients.
The OLC Program is a great option for those that just don't have time or the resources to hire a personal trainer but are self motivated to follow a program that is designed specifically for them. I've designed this format of training to work with whatever equipment you have available. And it doesn't matter what equipment you have available. Any progressive resistance equipment can be used: barbells, dumbbells, squat racks, dip bars, kettlebells, pull-up bars, clubbells, gymnastic rings, suspension trainers(like the TRX) all can be incorporated into a productive program. Even if you don't own any equipment your body is enough to get a great well rounded workout.
Here is what is included in the Monthly OLC Program:
1st Month:
* Client assessment - This includes a health questionnaire, and joint mobility screening/functional movement assessment (by photos and video)
* Customized monthly training program
* Two 30 minute coaching calls either via Skype or phone. These are done bi-weekly.
* Video support for the various exercises, mobility work, flexibility training, etc...(When needed) These videos will be either emailed or sent via cellphone.
Following Months:
* Customized monthly training program
* Two 30 minute coaching calls either via Skype or phone. These are done bi-weekly.
* Video support for the various exercises, mobility work, flexibility training, etc...(When needed) These videos will be either emailed or sent via cellphone.
Subscription Information:
The pricing structure for online training is $500 initial payment, which includes the first month, questionnaire, joint mobility screening/functional movement assessment (by photos and video), customized program, two 30 minute bi-weekly coaching calls, and video support when required.
Thereafter, a monthly fee of $300 is auto-billed to your credit card. You may cancel your subscription by email request at anytime.
This structure is designed to appeal to the long-term client, which is what I'm looking for, however after 3-6 months of training many clients develop a functional knowledge of what to do and are welcome to continue their journey solo based on what they have learned.
