Not all fitness bootcamps are created equal and ours is designed specifically to offer a fun inviting atmosphere, challenging and safe workout, progress checks to track results, and an elite level of coaching. We limit space because we truly care about the quality of coaching and safety of our clients. Very few if any fitness bootcamps or classes offer this anywhere. To us its not about how many people we can get into one class, it's more about providing a results driven fitness bootcamp that offers a level of quality rarely seen in the fitness industry. We aim to be the elite and offer a class that can transform anyone into the most elite version of themselves. We aim to transform lives through fitness and health. Our price reflects our quality and our passion for excellence, therefore we are not the cheapest bootcamp in town. Try our classes today and get ready for a road of transformation, fitness, and health.
The class is a combination of strength and metabolic conditioning training, which challenges both the beginners and advanced clients looking to either lose weight and/or improve as an athlete.Every session promises full-body workouts that combine free weight, functional and body weight movements. Participants can expect to work cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina, power, speed, balance, agility, coordination, flexibility, and accuracy. This strength and conditioning class will emphasize high-intensity functional movements and will be constantly varied to maximize results in performance and physical goals. Progress will be tracked through fitness assessments, nutrition log, and weigh-ins and measurements, and fat percentage analysis.
